Job description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in exceeding established KPIs and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your strong sales experience and proven track record to build relationships, develop new business opportunities, and close deals.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategy :

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute a territory-specific sales plan aligned with overall company goals.
  • Identify and qualify new leads within the assigned territory.

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

  • Utilize various prospecting methods to identify and generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and challenges.
  • Relationship Building and Client Management :

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Cycle Management :

  • Effectively navigate all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal and closing.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that highlight the value proposition and address customer pain points.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Reporting and Analysis :

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, track progress, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for continuous improvement and exceeding KPIs.
