Meeting Management (producing agendas and taking minutes) managing Databases Implementation of new procedures and administrative systems Liaising with relevant organizations and clients Logging , bills, expenses Office Receptionists Certifications, Licenses and Accreditations Job Type / Category Company Secretary Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary : From Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month (start) Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant course. At least 1-3 years of Job Experience within the Secretarial or Administrative Field. Confident and has a Positive employee work-flow. English and Tagalog proficient. Proficient in Microsoft programs, photoshop, Canva and other image- related editing software Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday 8am - 5pm. (lunchbreak 12-1 Willing to work in an office setting at Malabon.
