Work hours :   20 hours (Part-time)

Role Description

We are searching for a highly skilled and data-driven Retention Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing customers through their lifecycle with the brand, ultimately driving loyalty and expanding LTV. Your main goal will be to drive engagement and conversion by optimizing retention channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce and Creative teams to develop and implement data-driven strategy for email and SMS.
  • Utilize strategic customer segmentation, personalization, and cohort analysis to accelerate customer and revenue growth
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our email and SMS with regular monitoring of and reporting on KPIs, including open rate, CTR, CVR, LTV, and more.
  • Extract data-driven insights to identify targeting, messaging, and creative opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a strategy around automation / flow campaigns based on product purchase insights, customer behavior and product innovation calendar.
  • Conduct A / B tests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to implement new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in email and SMS or retention marketing, preferably in DTC
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Polar) and strong understanding of attribution tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing email and SMS strategies to achieve specific KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, LTV, etc)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
