The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification. The role involves coordinating resources, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for The Studio Bridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of FMCG packaging projects.
- Use Google tools to :
o Maintain client and contact records.
o Open and track new projects.
o Estimate costs and prepare WIP updates.
o Raise purchase orders and record materials.
Liaise with stakeholders and coordinate workflow with the Production Manager.Collate assets, distribute artwork for approval, and track edits.Proof artwork to specification, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.Deliver final artwork files and manage proofing (soft and hard copy).Monitor timelines, milestones, and costs to ensure profitability.Maintain accurate project records, invoicing, and data.Ensure adherence to The Studio Bridge’s standards and procedures.Support general studio operations, including couriers, calls, and maintaining a professional environment.Represent The Studio Bridge with a positive, approachable, and proactive attitude.Other Duties
Deliver results that maintain The Studio Bridge’s competitive advantage.Provide creative solutions aligned with client objectives.Work closely with the Account Director within agreed business guidelines.Prepare purchase orders and quotations (subject to approval).Person Specification
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (desirable, not essential).Experience
At least 2 years in a branding, design, or marketing agency.Project or team management experience.Proficient in Apple Mac systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.Skills & Competencies
