Job descriptionAt least 3 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in service industry establishments. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. Possesses strong and engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to. Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills. Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

- Oversees all aspects of ice skating center operations.
- Monitors and manages the facility’s budget, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve profitability.
- Develops and executes localized sales initiatives to increase walk-in customers and corporate clients.
- Monitors customer satisfaction levels and drives initiatives to improve overall customer experience in his / her branch of assignment.
- Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
