Job Description:
  • Oversees all aspects of ice skating center operations.
  • Monitors and manages the facility’s budget, expenses, and revenue streams to achieve profitability.
  • Develops and executes localized sales initiatives to increase walk-in customers and corporate clients.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction levels and drives initiatives to improve overall customer experience in his/her branch of assignment.
  • Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years working experience in a related field. Preference is given to those with managerial experience in service industry establishments.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food and Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Possesses strong and engaging personality that customers will appreciate and respond to. Must be hardworking, detail-oriented and responsible. Can handle pressure both from work and people. Has high level of enthusiasm with good and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
