Duties and Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients through various channels (referrals, inquiries, and walk-ins).
Conduct product presentations and explain loan features, terms, and conditions.
Assist clients in completing loan application forms and gathering necessary documentation.
Coordinate with the Credit Review and Loan Processing teams to ensure timely approval and release.
Follow up with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Officer or Branch Manager.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of loan products or financial services is an advantage.
Willingness to do fieldwork when needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
