Job descriptionMaintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and products. Build and maintain relationship with new and existing customers. Drive sales by achieving and exceeding sales target. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products / services. Process transactions and handle cash / credit transactions accurately Ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks and responsibilities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goods.
Other Job Expectations :
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone and scheduling appointments.
- Providing customer service by answering questions about the brands, processing orders, and handling complains.
- Work closely with employees in other functions, such as Accounting.
