INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATE - IT SOLUTIONSSM RETAIL | HEAD OFFICEDATE POSTED : 29-APR-2025The IT Associate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment across branches.

Key responsibilities include : Installing POS terminals, MSPG terminals, user workstations, servers, and other IT-related equipment as approved by the Area Manager or Head Office.Conducting regular checks of IT assets to ensure compliance with uptime standards.Performing first-level troubleshooting and repairs of IT assets in stores, both mall-based and off-site.Ensuring all incidents and service requests are addressed within the approved service level agreement.Maintaining good housekeeping in the IT Office, including safekeeping of tools.Assisting third-party personnel during incident resolution, preventive maintenance, network surveys, and other tasks as directed by Head Office.Implementing application updates based on guides provided by second-level support teams.Collaborating with store staff through meetings and communications to stay informed about store events and support needs.Performing other IT-related duties necessary for business continuity.Qualifications : Degree in a computer-related course.At least 2 years of relevant work experience.Willing to travel across branches.Knowledge of POS systems and CCTV systems is an advantage.Willing to be assigned in SM Baguio.Company Overview : SM Retail operates a wide network of stores across the Philippines, including The SM Store, SM Markets, Watsons, Uniqlo, Toy Kingdom, Pet Express, Ace Hardware, and Our Home, among others.
