Verify that incoming materials and toll products comply with approved specifications.4.
Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood and executed.5.
Verify compliance with all test parameters and issue reports to the QA Supervisor with recommendations as needed.6.
Monitor production performance based on received packaging material.7.
Check and review availability of process control systems for traceability from material preparation to finished goods.8.
Verify that all transferred materials to toll packers or other plants meet standards, are properly tagged, and include Certificates of Analysis.9.
Comply with all in-process policies and procedures per company specifications.10.
Monitor production performance and issue statistical reports.11.
Investigate and report deviations from testing parameters and submit recommendations.12.
Confirm material, product, and process compliance with approved specifications and SOPs.13.
Conduct physicochemical, sensory, and microbiological evaluations per SOPs.14.
Review test results and compare with approved specifications.15.
Provide microbiological evaluation results for raw / packaging materials, products, equipment, and personnel swabs.16.
Prepare and issue Certificates of Analysis for delivered products.17.
Verify third-party test results for finished goods and materials.18.
Monitor retained sample status and manage proper sample depletion.19.
Support management in identifying root causes of quality issues.20.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment.21.
Monitor inventory of glassware and chemical reagents.22.
Conduct inventory control of QA supplies; encode data in SAP.23.
Prepare CAPEX requests and justify new laboratory equipment purchases.24.
Monitor and release disposition of new and quarantined products.25.
Support departmental budget preparation and revision.26.
Monitor water system treatment.27.
Conduct warehouse audits.28.
Evaluate and participate in decision-making for returned or recalled products.29.
Serve as document custodian for QA documents (WIs, SOPs, SDs, Manuals).30.
Conduct lab-scale tests for new raw material suppliers and assist CPG / R&D.31.
Oversee release of toll-packed products.32.
Prepare WIs, SOPs, Quality Manuals, and support documents.33.
Assist with logistics-related concerns, such as product shelf life, disposition, and dealer complaints.34.
