WNS Global Services is hiring experienced travel service professionals for our Corporate Travel Account. This role involves managing business travel requests, ensuring accurate bookings, and maintaining client satisfaction with premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound requests for travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide travel options that comply with client policies and budgets.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing, itinerary management, and invoicing.
Qualifications :
College graduate preferred; at least 2nd-year college level accepted.Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel or GDS account preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage.Perks & Benefits :
