Position : Accounts Receivable Specialist (Cash Application)

Salary : Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

Schedule : nightshift

Job Requirements :

✨ bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, finance or any related.

✨With at least 1-2 year of experience in end to end Cash Application or Accounts receivable

✨knowledgeable in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is an advantage.

✨with experience working in a BPO company is a plus

✨Amenable to work in Night shift.

Job Responsibilities :

• End-to end Cash application process
• Payment processing : Accurately and efficiently apply daily customer payments from various sources, including checks, lockbox, ACH / EFTs, and credit cards.
• Cash research : Investigate and resolve discrepancies or unapplied cash amounts, explaining the reasons for unapplied payments.
• Account reconciliation : Reconcile cash application transactions and ensure customer accounts are accurate.
• Data entry and record-keeping : Post and apply cash receipts and maintain detailed records of customer accounts, collections, and payment histories.
