1.Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks2.Oversee staff on a daily basis3.Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness4.Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards5.Ensures the proper cleaning and sanitation of all restroom of the Club.6.Ensure that furniture and fixture of the Club are thoroughly cleaned. 7.Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job8.Analyzes the Club’s need for termination pests and other rodents and the application of chemical needs.9.Respond to customer complaints and special requests10.Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves11.Participate in large cleaning projects as required12.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas13.Performs related tasked that may be assigned by the Superior.
