We are currently seeking a motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team in the Philippines. Role Overview : We are seeking a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our online presence. In this on-site role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance across various platforms. Key Responsibilities : Account Management : Create and execute strategies to grow and engage audiences. Oversee content scheduling, account activities, and community interactions. Content & Campaigns : Work to develop and curate engaging content. Plan and launch promotional campaigns to drive audience growth. Analytics : Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance account performance. Community Engagement : Build and maintain a positive online community, ensuring high levels of audience satisfaction. Industry Knowledge : Proven experience growing social media accounts organically. Qualifications : Experience or familiarity with promoting content on social media Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Strong communication skills with a creative mindset. Ability to work on-site and excel in a fast-paced environment.
