In this role, we are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper (5-10 hours a month) who will oversee invoicing, billing, handle accounts payable and receivable while providing consistent financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proficient in using financial tools like Stripe and QuickBooks and can ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for detail.

Schedule :

  • Must be able to have occasional meetings in US CST time zone.

Pay Range :

  • Negotiable hourly rate
  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • QuickBooks Management : Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, including entering transactions, reconciling bank statements, and generating financial reports.
  • Stripe Management : Handle payment processing through Stripe, including monitoring transactions, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Billing Support : Assist with the preparation and processing of client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Accounting : Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting : Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to help improve the company's financial health.
  • Compliance : Ensure that all financial processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to support financial operations and provide necessary reports.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bookkeeper or Finance professional.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Stripe is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • A proven track record of supporting U.S. executives in a virtual setting is required
  • C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Technical Requirements :

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher / equivalent).
  • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.
  • A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
