This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Thursdays to Mondays, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (Eastern time), with 1 hour unpaid break
• 35 hours per week
• Weekend-heavy schedule (Saturdays and Sundays are primary work days)
• Client timezone : Central Time (Tennessee-based)

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) Strong understanding of different communication styles and content approaches for various age groups and demographics Knowledge of sports betting industry and major sporting events (college football, NFL) strongly preferred Flexibility to work weekend-heavy schedule with Saturday and Sunday as primary work days Excellent outreach and networking skills for building influencer relationships and partnerships Demonstrated experience with social media growth strategies and follower engagement techniques Ability to create compelling content that resonates with both mainstream and underserved market segments
