Schedule :
20 hours / week minimum, consistent schedule required
Mon-Fri Flexible between 8am-8pm Los Angeles time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Assistant to support ongoing marketing and digital operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both websites and social media platforms.
Note : Content creation for this role is basic and template-based — no advanced design or creative skills are required. The assistant will use existing templates and AI tools to assemble, schedule, and publish materials efficiently.
Top Priority (Initial Project) :
Build and launch a Squarespace website for an upcoming project.
Integrate and link the site to SmugMug photo galleries .
Create a clean, professional homepage and a searchable gallery backend.
Ongoing Responsibilities :
Manage and organize the SmugMug photo archive (uploading, tagging, and maintaining galleries for long-term use — over 1.5M+ images).
Use Canva to assemble and post pre-designed content and graphics.
Manage 3–5 Instagram accounts (posting, scheduling, and light engagement).
Monitor and respond to LinkedIn messages and client inquiries as needed.
Provide client-facing galleries (password-protected, branded) for corporate clients.
Assist with general admin tasks , including project tracking, file organization, and reporting.
Requirements :
Sociall Media management experience in posting and putting together contents
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
