JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Set efficiency targets for each function to produce quality finished goodsSupport and participate in the company's food safety and sanitation processesMonitor quality of raw materials, in-process goods, finished goods, operational processes, and overall plant environment to comply with GMP standardsOversee daily set-up and clean-up of equipment and machineries to ensure effective and efficient operationsSet schedules or timetable and effectively communicate them to production teams in order to achieve volume targets and production plansEffectively manage personnel to ensure that they understand and accomplish their daily tasks as well as to increase their efficiency and potentialQUALIFICATION : Candidate must possess at least Bachelors / College Degree in Engineering or equivalentAt least 2 yrs working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations / Restaurant or equivalent
