Job descriptionImplements company policies and standard operating procedure to assigned retail sales channels.Execute programs, plan of actions to make sure Sales Targets of assigned retail sales channels are achieved.Regularly Track Inventory level of all assigned store.Overseeing retail sales channels staff and making sure all assigned store are fully staffed.Trains newly deployed Sales Associates.Conducts follow up training for Sales Associates for new products and for new brands.Conducts daily, weekly and monthly visits to assigned retail sales channels.Conducts weekly and monthly audits to assigned store.Perform store audit of cash accountabilities : petty cash, change fund, sales deposits, cash card auditAddresses staff concerns, infractions and any other issues that affects staff productivity.Conducts Performance Appraisal of Sales Associates and Store LeadsHandles customer complaints escalated by the Sales AssociatesImplements Brand Sales and Promo programs. Explains and trains staff for the proper implementation of any promos by Brand and Marketing Department.Relays to the Operations Manager or General Manager any issues and concerns that affects store efficiency, store productivity and sales target achievement.To submit all assigned reports.Perform other related tasks or duties as neededCarry out additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and General Manager
