Summary : To handle and perform the end to end process of loans from credit evaluation / approval and disbursement, account servicing, billing up to full settlement.
Key Responsibilities :
- To conduct KYC verification and credit background check on prospective partner companies and
loan applicants.
To provide reports on profile and loan portfolio activities of QLO; and ensure that they areconsistent with Finance’s records.
To maintain and update database on QLO transactions to facilitate efficient customer servicing toaddress concerns on status of company onboarding, processing of the loan applications,
billing and current collections.
To provide first level customer service to corporate accounts and loan borrowers to bring resolutionto issues raised.
To conduct and participate in UAT on any interface with 3rd parties or to enhance features of theapp / system.
To provide 1st level assistance in the timely collection of payments from active accounts, andendorse to Finance past due accounts for remedial management.
To coordinate closely and provide assistance to Finance and Compliance on reports to be tosubmitted regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
To coordinate and work closely with third party service providers (server, PA and CGLI, IT, OTPSMS, security etc.) to ensure the efficient servicing of QLO accounts.
To coordinate daily with Finance and Treasury to ensure the timely release of loan proceeds toborrowers and disbursement of payments to 3rd party service providers.
To perform tasks within the department that may be assigned by the BUH and Operations fromtime to time.
Qualifications :
A degree holder preferably Accounting, Business Management, Math or any related coursePreferably with 3 years work experience in credit evaluation and collections preferably inthe lending industry
