- Good skills in written and verbal communication
- Can interpret technical drawing
- Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good organizational, planning, and project management abilities
- With leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in CNC, Lathing process is an advantage
- With experience in Electronic Assembly is an advantage
