Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Project Manager.

In this role, you will lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to achieve impactful results.

What the role will entail

• Analyze project proposals to define scope, timeline, and resource requirements
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including deliverables and milestones
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure consistent communication across stakeholders through a structured plan
• Benchmark project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
