Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Alexandria, NSW)
Break : 30-minute paid break
Total Weekly Hours : 40 hours
Our client is a fast-growing eCommerce mentoring and content studio that blends premium storytelling with performance-driven strategy. Their ecosystem includes a premium sleep brand, a top-performing podcast, and content production across multiple digital platforms.
They focus on combining high-quality branding, creative production, and marketing strategy to drive growth and impact across multiple brands.
They are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to bring stories to life through high-quality, engaging video content. You’ll work across multiple formats—including YouTube videos, podcasts, Meta ads, and short-form social clips—turning raw footage into content that performs both emotionally and commercially.
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team and receive training in direct-response editing to help sharpen your ability to blend storytelling with marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Edit long-form and short-form video content for YouTube, podcasts, Meta ads, and TikTok
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips, trailers, and ads optimized for engagement
Add captions, kinetic text, sound design, and motion elements to enhance storytelling
Create and optimize ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Ensure all video output aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality
Stay up to date with video trends, platform formats, and editing techniques
Requirements
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and attention retention for digital audiences
Experience editing for YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and / or podcast-style content
Strong storytelling instincts, attention to visual detail, and brand alignment
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines
Bonus Points For :
Motion design skills (e.g., After Effects)
Experience editing for eCommerce, education, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Notion, Frame.io, and Google Drive
