KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise a team of video editors, motion graphic artists, and other creatives; assign tasks, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
Review, critique, and approve video edits to maintain brand consistency and storytelling quality.
Execute high-level video editing using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) when necessary.
Develop and implement efficient editing processes, file management systems, and post-production workflows.
Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate campaign goals and concepts into impactful video content.
Coach team members on creative editing techniques, technical skills, and productivity improvement.
Ensure all video outputs meet company standards for style, pacing, and technical excellence before final delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in video editing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communication, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and other editing tools.
Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and motion graphics.
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt to changing creative directions.
Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
