JOB SUMMARY : Ensure that overall departmental functions are being carried out at all times including but not limited to Manpower Planning & Inventory, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Grievance Handling, Policy Formulation, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Job Evaluation and preparation of Job Description, Performance Management and other significant HR facets and HR practices.QUALIFICATIONS : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 7 years of working experience in the related field handling all facets of Human ResourcesHas at least 5 years working experience handling supervisory / managerial role.Has strong background in Labor Standards and Labor RelationsExcellent in oral and written communication skill
