• Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive team sales performance through effective training and motivation.
• Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
• With more than 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
• With a ready team of at least 5-7 real estate salesperson upon joining
• Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
