Job description

Nezda is currently looking for Customer Service Representative for Voice Campaign.

BPO experience required

Qualifications :

At least Highschool / SHS Graduate with BPO experience of at least 6 months handling voice campaign (Quezon City Site)

At least 1st year College with minimum of 18 months experience in the BPO industry handling any international voice account (BGC, Taguig & Alabang Site)

Knows Basic CSR task
