Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!). Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker . Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service . Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams. 4+ years of experience leading sales teams , with expertise in : Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals. Sales strategy development and execution. Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while driving revenue growth.
- Lead impactful client presentations that showcase our premium real estate projects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to stay ahead of market trends.
- Train, mentor, and build a strong sales force that delivers outstanding results.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize performance and drive success.
