Job Description
The Area Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing sales operations within an assigned geographical area. The role ensures the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales strategies to achieve business objectives, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This position plays a key role in developing sales teams, optimizing performance, and supporting the company’s overall profitability goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations within the assigned area.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure optimal results.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships to drive growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through proactive service and relationship management.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Support the Team Lead in planning budgets, setting KPIs, and sustaining profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales , including at least 5 years in a managerial role .Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a geographically distributed team.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Customer-oriented, performance-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Real Estate is an advantageBenefits
