Overview

We are looking for a Director of Network Operations Center (NOC) to lead a global operations Level 1 command center focused on ensuring the stable operation of Mastercard’s network infrastructure worldwide. The role requires strong people leadership skill, experience leading network operations organizations, network systems health check validations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to support the organization's mission‑critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the NOCC team, including network engineers, analysts, and support staff. Develop strategic plans for network operations, monitoring, and incident management. Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align network operations with organizational goals.
• Direct daily operations of the command center, ensuring 24 / 7 monitoring and support. Oversee troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of major network incidents. Ensure timely escalation and communication of critical issues to stakeholders.
• Team Management : develop and mentor teams of network engineers and managers.
• Monitor network performance metrics and implement improvements to ensure uptime and efficiency. Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize network design and scalability. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement and maintain network security protocols and incident response procedures.
• Represent the network function in executive meetings and collaborate with other departments.
