Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director to lead and oversee operations in a BPS (Business Process Services) environment. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the BPO industry, with proven experience in managing large-scale operations and delivering exceptional performance, particularly in the Life & Annuities (L&A) sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BPO operations, ensuring performance and service delivery targets are consistently met.
- Oversee a large team with a minimum of 500 full-time employees (FTEs) .
- Drive operational excellence, process improvement, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support growth and efficiency.
- Foster a high-performance culture and mentor senior management teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the BPS (call center) industry, with at least 15+ years of overall experience .
- Must have a BPO background , with Insurance industry experience (non-negotiable).
- Currently or previously held a Director or Senior Manager role in a reputable BPO company.
- Must have managed operations with at least 500 FTEs (non-negotiable).
- Undergraduates may be considered if they have an exceptionally strong background and leadership track record .
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in BPS (call center) operations with at least 15+ years of overall work experience.Strong BPO background with Insurance industry experience (non-negotiable).Experience in leading large teams and managing operations with 500+ FTEs.Experience in Life & Annuities (L&A) sector is a plus.Working Location
