Setup and Location : WFH

Work Schedule :  8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (AEST) | 5 : 00 AM-2 : 00 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type : Full-time

This position is responsible for producing the following results : to provide on-time support to the company by assisting with the day-to-day operations of the accounts department while also handling financial information confidentially.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the kind of person who :

PAYROLL

  • Entering of Weekly Timesheets to Aussie Timesheets.
  • Complete Payroll Tax Calculator Spreadsheet for submission.
  • Prepare Coal LSL reporting for internal payroll to submit.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

  • Prepare weekly Labour Hire Invoices for Malabar, Mt Pleasant and Mt Arthur South.
  • Complete CLM spreadsheet for Bengalla Projects.
  • Enter Maintenance labour hours to Automation for Invoicing purposes.
  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

  • Process Chargebacks for companies within Xero.
  • Reconcile monthly Supplier Statements for all business entities across multiple software systems.
  • Digital filing of all Supplier Invoices through WINSCP, to be retained for ATO purposes.
  • Requirements

    What You Bring

    We’re looking for someone with :

  • With relevant experience in Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable, preferably in a similar multi-function finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Solid foundation in basic accounting or finance principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and data handling.
  • Experienced in using Xero for AP, AR, and chargeback-related tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting Australian clients or working within the Australian market is highly preferred.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.

    Requirements

    Requirements / Skills Needed : A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Experience in accounts administration, procurement, or a similar role. Proficiency in Xero for invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Familiarity with Zoho Projects CRM for project-linked financial tracking and collaboration. Knowledge in managing payroll systems and payroll compliance standards. Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial models and inventory tracking. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. Airtable experience is an advantage.
