Job Description :

Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders; developing analysis to support process and prioject improvements
Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommensations and facilitates efficiency enhancements
Develops business requirement documents and specifications
Works as directed by management team to research and dosument business issues involving workflow procedures and processes
Analyzes data and work with management to develop creative solutions
Proactively identifies issues with workflows and processes; suggests improvements to management
Reviews suggested workplans
Coordinates ongoing service, maintenance post-implementation
Manages Teams
Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & has some understaning of the nature of the impact
A top contributor to team's success

Job Requirements :

Demonstrates understanding of how technology supports the company's strategies

Strong detail orientation

Awareness of full-technology stack

Strong communicator who can negotiate effectively with business to clarify needs vs wants / likes in order to balance business direction / requirements with cost of development and risk

An effective facilitator for the team to deliver incremental and iterative units of business value

Has a natural ability to breakdown, decompose and describe business needs into stories supporting an iterative and incremental delivery model

Mentors Associate Business Analysts

Qualifications :

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or any equivalent

3-5 years of experience of Business Analyst experience

Working knowledge in Process Management, Agile Project methodology

With experience in creating process models (microsoft visio)

Skilled in JIRA, Excel, MS Project and Basic SQL

Preferably with user experience with PowerBI or any BI tools

User experience in tableau, qlikview or qliksense

Knowledgable of ceremonies of agile project uses

Willing to work in Quezon City

Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-Up (3x work onsite)
