A Promodiser's job involves promoting products by ensuring they are well-displayed and readily available, assisting customers with product information and service to achieve sales targets, and managing inventory and store cleanliness to maintain a positive brand presence and brand standards. Key responsibilities include customer engagement, product knowledge, inventory checks, maintaining product displays, and submitting sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Promotion : Welcome customers, provide product information and opinions, and suggest items to drive sales.

Inventory Management : Monitor and perform monthly inventory counts, check for damaged goods, and ensure proper stock levels on shelves and in storage.

Product Display : Arrange and maintain product displays to ensure they are appealing, clean, and accessible to customers.

Customer Service : Greet customers, answer their questions, offer assistance, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive brand perception.

Store Maintenance : Keep the selling area and stockroom clean, orderly, and well-organized.

Reporting : Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant activities to management.

Qualifications :

• 6 months–1 year experience in Sales, Promodiser, or Merchandiser
• At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
• Residing near the store location
• Willing to provide requirements for ASAP deployment
