Project Development Specialist For Operations

Job Responsibilities :

Lead project development and management

Ensure that project plan and timeline are met on schedule

Coordinate with other departments involved in project development such as design, construction, sales and property management / turnover

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate particularly in project management

• Strong leadership and coordination skills;

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
