Considered as corporate generalists, who advises businesses on their legal obligations, rights and responsibilities, provides advice on business structures and evaluate ventures.
Serve as an in-house counsel handle and advise businesses and their employees on a variety of legal matters and projects. Take part in meetings, trials and other legal proceedings related to the company; Structure transactions, draft and check documents, negotiate deals, attend meetings and serve as committee member in every administrative hearing; Works to ensure that the provisions of an agreement are clear, unambiguous and won't cause problems for the company and their client in the future.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a law degree from a recognized university and passed the bar exam
- Must have 5+ years proven background on corporate law, specifically Labor Law.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiation skills with both legal and financial / commercial issues

Writes, checks, negotiates and executes agreements and of all contracts on behalf of the company.Offers counsel on a variety of business legal issues including all J&T subsidiaries.Advises executives within the company’s procedures and processes pertaining to legal aspect.Works alongside other departments within the company together with the Legal specialists.Advises on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different business deals J&T would like to enter into.Researches and anticipates legal issues against legal risks that could impact the company.Reviews J&T advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements.Provides training to the company and its officers on legal topics for compliance will law rules and regulations.Attends company meeting for immediate legal consultation.Represents J&T in court or before government agencies.May serve as corporate Public Relations Spokesperson.Seniority level
