Corporate Lawyer

Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field (Law graduate or underbar preferred but not required).

At least 2 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, and labor laws.

Experience in contract drafting, contract review, and risk assessment.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and government filings.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
