Assistant Manager, Key Accounts Management

• Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through regular engagements with the relevant stakeholders
• Prepare and lead business reviews with accounts
• Pitch different products services and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contracts terms & conditions
• Collaborate very closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery & response to market trends & needs.
• Resolve any issues and problems of your merchants and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in any field
• Preferably at least 3-5 years of sales and account management experience in the FMCG or e-Commerce industry.
• Great interpersonal communication and strong negotiation skills
• Showcases passion and leadership. Team player and self motivated.
• Strong organizational & analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
