Tax Manager

Stellenbeschreibung

• Deliver full range tax service compliant with laws and regulations. This shall include but not limited to detailed review of all tax filing ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documents. Reconciliation of all tax returns and tax balances in the books.
• Provide innovative tax planning to identify and eliminate / mitigate tax risks. Provide solution for identified tax risks / exposures.
• Represent, manage and coordinate tax audits of National and Local tax authorities, Head Office / Region, external auditors and Custom audit.
• Responsible for the Annual Tax Compliance Report, Monthly Tax Tool and update of Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Conduct regular Tax Awareness Program within and outside Finance. Address any tax concern of clients and suppliers.
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Law graduate.
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent tax qualification.
• Expertise in national and local tax regulations. At least 3 years working experience handling tax matters.
• At least 2 years experience in Managerial capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippines tax laws & regulations.
• Experience on handling tax assessements of National and Local tax authorities.
• Knowledge of tax laws in foreign countries ( SG, HK, Germany, APAC) and international tax matters as they relate to Philippines entities.
• Ability to work independently & to exercise sound judgment in dealing with any tax related issue.
• Ability to manage and deal with people at all levels effectively.

Variable / Target Agreement Bonus

We offer an approved target bonus amount and eligibility. The amount is payable every Apri land must complete full year or else. The amount is payable and must have a complete full year of employment or else complete full year provided tharh the employee
