Job Description
Create the necessary paperwork - i.e.
preparation of work orders in Tall Emu CRM software / Myob Account Right / Induction Platforms etc.
Contact customers to arrange service bookings
Provide professional and accurate communication to customers and colleagues
Plan and map Service Technician's schedule for each day / week
Manage service bookings calendar
Liaise with Service Technicians
Maintain accurate data and detailed notes in CRM
Working in a team environment, supporting colleagues and collaborating well with all staff
Cover Reception / Office All-Rounder duties when required

The successful applicant will have :
Assist in the preparation of marketing material I.e., formulating a catalogue and producing product data sheets if All Filters provided the images and product information.
Also, implementing price rises etc.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of scheduling solutions
Customer service experience and a desire to exceed customer expectations
Good time management and organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines
Proactive, quick thinker, results and solutions orientated mindset
Attention to detail, flexibility & a positive ''can do'' attitude
Ability to work as a team player and independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Sound data-entry skills and a medium - high level of IT competency and a natural aptitude to learn new systems and processes
