Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
With 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce (preferred Philippines market) business BD, familiar with brand cooperation and KOL cooperation logic on platforms such as TikTok.
Skilled in expanding and maintaining influencer resources, understanding the local influencer hierarchy (top / middle / KOC) and cooperation model (commission / slot fee / exchange) in the Philippines, able to efficiently match brand and influencer needs, with successful cases of facilitating influencer-brand cooperation.
Possess the ability to organize basic data, assist in building a brand influencer database, standardize the recording of influencer information, cooperation history, effect data, etc., ensure accurate and searchable data, and provide support for subsequent cooperation.
Strong communication and expression skills, able to clearly connect with brand owners and influencers, accurately convey cooperation needs and rights, maintain mutual satisfaction, and reduce cooperation disputes.
Fluent in English can handle business communication in the Philippines region, with high enthusiasm for cross-border e-commerce industry.
Able to adapt to the work rhythm of multi-brand and multi-influencer follow-up, those with relevant industry resources are preferred.
