Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in HR and / or Administration.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and HR processes.
- Familiar with payroll processing, timekeeping, and government remittances.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities : Human Resources
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Payroll & Timekeeping
Oversee and process payroll (including deductions, overtime, and adjustments).
Ensure accuracy of timekeeping and attendance records.
Prepare and submit reports for government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
