Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Support preventive maintenance of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire) systems.
- Coordinate with technicians and vendors for repairs (AC, lighting, furniture, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Assist in emergency drills (earthquake, fire, evacuation).
- Check signage compliance (safety exits, emergency lighting, alarm panels).
- Report hazards, leaks, ceiling issues, exposed wires, and other risks immediately.
- Assist during severe weather, emergency situations, or business continuity plans requiring site presence
- Support after-hours facility activities when required (shutdowns, installation works, deep cleaning, inspections).
- Ensure all areas remain presentable and ready for audits, leadership visits, or client visits.
- Provide facility support during office activities, functions, and maintenance shutdowns when needed.
- Maintain facility logs, work request trackers, preventive maintenance records, and status reports.
- Submit incident reports, photos, and updates on outstanding facility items.
- Coordinate with in-house technicians and external vendors for repairs (AC units, lighting, plumbing fixtures, furniture, etc.).
- Monitor functionality of facility systems and escalate abnormalities.
Skills Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
