Curriculum Developer Salary : PHP 45,000 - 75,000What You'll Do : - Develop dynamic curricula for corporate training, academic programs, or professional development.- Design engaging lesson plans, e-learning content, and interactive materials (videos, infographics, modules).- Collaborate with trainers, educators, and SMEs to ensure top-notch learning experiences.- Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to enhance learning impact.What We’re Looking For : - Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field. (Master’s is a plus!)- 2-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.- Proficiency in LMS, e-learning platforms, and content authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia).- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and competency mapping.If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about education, we want to hear from you!
