In this dual role, you will contribute to our marketing efforts while also assisting in the recruiting process to attract top talent to our organization.
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing initiatives, handling social media accounts, creating content, and helping to maintain our brand presence. As a Recruiter, you will engage in activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews, ensuring that we bring in the best candidates for our team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and the company website
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics
- Support the recruiting process by posting job advertisements and screening candidate applications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and candidate evaluations
- Assist in organizing marketing and recruitment events
- Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies
