Setup : Full Onsite

Schedule : Shifting (mall hours) | 6 days work schedule (including weekends and holidays)

JOB SUMMARY :

The Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate delivers exceptional customer service and expert beauty recommendations while contributing to daily store operations. This includes overseeing stock levels, maintaining appealing product displays, and working closely with warehouse teams. The role plays a key part in driving sales performance and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field; college undergraduate or Senior High School graduate with relevant experience.
• Prior experience in retail sales, ideally in beauty or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Sales-oriented, attentive to detail, and committed to customer satisfaction.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
