Our client is a customer-first Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT services and outsourced Helpdesk support solutions for businesses and non-profits. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch service and support to their clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure operates seamlessly.
They are looking for an IT Technician , who enjoys maintaining computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. A successful IT Technician must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail. The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Maintain records / logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in house servers
- Support and administer third-party applications
- Ensure network security and connectivity
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Resolve problems reported by end user
- Specify system requirements and design solutions
- Research and make recommendations on server system administration
Requirements

Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.Payment : All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.Salary : $1200 - $1800 USD / month
