Construction Laborer

Prepare and clean work sites : Remove debris, dig trenches, and compact earth

Load and unload materials : Move materials to working areas, and ensure materials are available when needed

Operate machinery : Use heavy equipment, like excavators, and hand tools, like shovels and picks

Build and take down structures : Construct scaffolding and temporary structures, and erect and remove shoring and bracing

Maintain equipment : Perform general maintenance on construction tools and equipment

Follow instructions : Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans

Assist other workers : Help skilled tradespeople with their duties

Maintain safety standards : Follow safety standards and procedures
