Job Summary : We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks between departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. As an Admin Liaison, you will handle office correspondence, manage scheduling, assist with reports, and provide administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the team.Key Responsibilities : Serve as the point of contact between departments, management, and external partners.Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.Manage internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.Assist in resolving any administrative or operational issues.Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Must be willing to to laiason tasks (e.g bank errands etc.)Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.Proven experience in an administrative or liaison role (MALE ONLY)Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
