Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES : _

Perform general accounting function;

Establish and implement financial and accounting processes for new and existing clients in line with company policies and guidelines;

Manage monthly and annual closing of accounts and supervise the preparation of clients' financial reports, including consolidation of financial statements;

Timely processing of clients Company / Business registration (SEC / DTI, Business Permit, BIR, SSS, PHIC & HDMF) and corporate compliance (Corporate Housekeeping, Business Address Change, etc);

Responsible for monthly monitoring, preparation and assigns schedule of payments for the client's monthly remittances as required by the BIR; SSS, PHIC & HDMF;

Responsible for preparation of Financial Reports for Annual Filing of client's Income Tax Return;

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;

Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements;

Secure financial information with regular data backups.

QUALIFICATIONS : _

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy;

Proven work experience as an Accountant, Certified Public Accountant, Internal Auditor or a similar role;

Additional CPA certification is a plus;

With experience in the following : (1) Accounts receivable and accounts payable; (2) customer billing; (3) analysis of financial reports; (4) reviewing and processing of expenses; (5) maintaining account records, as well as customer and vendor records; (6) with experience working with clients from wide range of industries;

Adept with BIR regulations is a MUST;

Must be detail-oriented and highly organized;

Advances MS Excel skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

Trustworthy, Flexible and Adaptable.

Las Piñas : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience
Accounting : 5 years (preferred)

License / Certification :

CMA (preferred)
