About the Position :

Reservation Agent (Cebu) | Onsite

Shift : Flexible schedule with no fixed hours

Work Arrangement : Fully onsite in Cebu

Benefits :

Upon regularization :

10 vacation leaves (VL), 10 sick leaves (SL), 5 emergency leaves (EL)

Health Insurance via HMO starting on the 4th month (coverage for the employee plus one dependent free of charge)

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related discipline

Minimum of 2 years experience as a reservations agent handling flights, hotels, transfers (car, bus, train), visas, etc.

Experience working in a travel and tours agency

Advanced proficiency in booking and reservations using any GDS system such as Amadeus
